PRE GAME WITH BOILER

The Outlaws will play host to the Abbotsford Pilots on Saturday night.  This will mark the 3rd meeting of the season between the 2 clubs with Abbotsford holding both wins so far.
Outlaws are hoping to get the job done this evening and pick up their first win of the season on home ice.  Mission City came close the last time these 2 teams locked horns with the Pilots coming out on top 3-2 back on Sept 6.
Outlaws are coming off a disappointing 9-1 loss last Saturday against the White Rock Whalers where penalty trouble for Mission City was a definite factor in contributing to the loss.  Abbotsford hasn’t been in game action in over a week when they defeated the Aldergrove Ironmen 7-1 on Sept 26.
Outlaws are going to get a boost to the lineup as the club announced that Brayden Candy will be back in an Outlaws jersey.  The 05′ Candy has previously played 131 games for Mission City registering 15 goals and 26 assists for 41 points.  Candy spent last season in the VIJHL with the Comox Valley Glacier Kings posting 5 goals and 8 assists for 13 points.  Look for Candy to log a lot of minutes on the Penalty Kill.
WHO TO WATCH:
Mission City Outlaws
Cade Peden – Peden has kept his consistent play from the first drop of the puck on the season.  Peden has 8 assists on the campaign to get him to 13 points and his quick release in front of the net will continue to help this team.
Abbotsford Pilots
Bradley Ercanbrack – Ercanbrack had a 2 goal performance in the last meeting between these 2 teams and now has 6 goals and 3 assists for 9 points.  The 3rd year forward is tough to handle when driving the net.
Game time is 6:45 pm from Mission Leisure Centre.  Can’t make it out?  We got you covered as always on our FREE Audio only Channel at outlawshockey.mixlr.com and video streaming on Flohockey (paid subscription)
