Good Morning; In acccordance with BC Hockey By-Law Three-item (i), I am pleased to report that at a Special Governors' meeting, the PIJHL Board of Governors approved; 1. The movement of the Hope Franchise to Mission area, to operate as Mission Icebreakers Junior Hockey Club, 2. The acceptance of Squamish Junior Hockey Club and Aldergove Junior Hockey Club into the Pacific International Junior Hockey League for the 2008-2009 season and beyond. The PIJHL will now consist of ten teams and will be divided into two divisions of five teams. They will continue to play a regular season of forty-eight games, twenty four home and twenty four away. I hope this complies with the requirements of By-Law Three for BC Hockey. If you have any questions, please call... Respectfully submitted, George Richards, President, PIJHL
